Shape Of My Heart

I know that I said that I would probably continue wearing gel extensions until my natural nails grew back, but after removing them I decided to stay with my natural nails.  They still have plenty of growing out to do and I'll probably do gel extensions again sometime, but for now this is how they look.

4th of July

Since my nails were so short following my last vacation, I decided to do gel extensions.  It's been a long time since I've worn extensions, but they're fun.  I'll probably continue wearing them until my natural  nails grow back.
The glitter tips were purchased on eBay and the UV gel was ordered from www.getnailedathome.ca  Their name cracks me up!

Back from Vacation

It's been a few weeks since my last post.  I was away visiting my family in the states.  It was a wonderful trip, but all of the traveling (6 flights), luggage handling and running around having fun took its toll on my nails. There was no saving them once I returned.  So, I cut and filed them to remove all of the damage which made them really short, especially my index finger.  My poor, poor nails.  A small price to pay to spend time with my family.  The good thing is, they'll grow  back!
